ROAD CONSTRUCTION SEPT and OCT 2024. The road getting to the property will be tore up open only to local traffic. You have the entire main floor of this 100 year old home with a private entrance. There is a unit on the top, that nobody stays in with their own separate entrance. Within walking distance to downtown shopping/restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, theater and more! Within a short drive to the Little River Casino, Golf Courses, Onekama, M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking and more! We welcome you and your dog or cat, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance. There are several antique family furniture pieces in the house that are more valuable to me then to anyone else, but I hope you enjoy them as part of the decor! Please note: There will be a $300 refundable deposit collected at the time of booking.

If you are interested in renting another two bedrooms and upstairs bathroom for a maximum house sleeping capacity of 5, please let me know. There will be an additional fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
